Ever since humans first started cooking, Herbs and Spices have been used. Today herbs and spices are used widely today, as well as there are endless amounts of variations, combinations and quantities available. Hers and Spices also help prevent diseases and contribute to better health as for they provide a wide range of nutrients and plant chemicals. As multiculturalism increases, modern Australians are trending toward using an array of herbs and spices traditionally used in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian cooking, but increasingly, Australian native herbs and spices are also being used in many modern recipes.
